Wanted help and they ignored me.
Quick service, tested my old part, had exactly what I needed, very friendly. Would recommended. This will be the FIRST place I go from now on for my electrical parts needs.

I wandered in looking for a piece for my office thermostat. (FYI - it's not a regular store, they seem to be a supplier for contractors.) Immediately, a guy (James) came over to help and helped me figure out and find what I needed and I was in and out in minutes. Seriously great service, price was fair, would def recommend.
