Had to call these guys 4 times asking to get a simple quote on a mini split system: often getting put on 10+ minute holds. After every call they said they’d email me back the quote but never did. Never seen a company work so hard to not make sales
I never thought I’d find the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time at a heat and air supply company! Junior absolutely saved the day for me after my A/C fan went out. I came in with a fan motor with barely visible numbers and he was able to figure out my mess and get me exactly what I needed. He was VERY knowledgeable and had me up and running the same day! Thanks Junior!!
