We had our HVAC technician order equipment based on a quote we received. When he showed up to pick it up, the price was almost $1600 higher. They do not honor their quotes. If you can order online, do it.

I am new to the HVACR trade. The help and service I received was amazing and they carry all my favorite tool brands at awesome prices. I am very impressed.
As others have stated they will not sell to just anyone. They are "special"! However today I was tailgated by one of their drivers, who then proceeded to engage in road rage style driving, not only aggressively tailgating me, but also another driver in the inside lane with only perhaps 2 feet of following distance at 45 MPH south-bound out of Belle Fourche, SD.
