The prices are expensive. I went there to open an account, but the salesperson told me the prices were the same with or without an account. So I left and headed to D&L Supply, and oh surprise, everything was cheaper.

They are not open to the public. Do not call them asking to buy a part if you are a home owner. They were polite enough though.
The staff at Johnstone Monroe are awesome to work with! From the in house staff to the delivery team, they make my job easy! Always get a fast response to all my crazy questions, lol. Thanks for all you do!
