Bought a motor here 3 years ago to replace motor on a commercial range hood. Called today to get the same motor again. I was asked if I had an account and I told him no, I would be paying cash. I was informed they would not sell to someone without an account. I told him I was a licensed electrical contractor. Salesman stated he could not sell to me without an account. This is a very bad practice. I will not consider doing any business with you in the future and will advise others not to.
My husband doesn’t leave reviews, but he was very appreciative and impressed with this supply house and specifically Brandon that he asked me to. He got a call from them around 7:30am. It was Brandon calling to suggest another way to possibly save a coil after he had called the other day looking for a new coil. Even though it may not work, my husband very much appreciated the initiative and care. He has never had a supply house call him to offer any suggestion.
