I had a very frustrating experience at Johnstone Supply in Katy. I went in on Saturday to buy a part for my AC unit and was given the wrong one. I didn’t realize it until I got home, and by then the store was closed. I called the 24-hour line, and the service rep told me exchanges were fine (even though the receipt says no returns). When I went back Monday, I was told they don’t do exchanges at all.
