Johnston supply in Katy service is excellent!!I been buying from them over a Decades . The new manager Ryan has Been a GOD Send. Any Equipment or parts I need he takes care in ordering it and have the equipment ready if it available or ready at another branch promptly if they don’t have it. Another great aspect is any part that from a particular branch that the company doesn’t sell 70%of the time it can be ordered thru the company, an Ryan gets it done very quick which makes my Customers very satisfied and I’m very satisfied... read more
I have been doing business with Johnstone Supply for many years and they are simply the best. I use to believe that customer service was nonexistent in 2024, but they have changed that. The customer service is outstanding and Mr. Ryan at the Katy location always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. You can ask any of the other frequent customers about him and they’ll say the same thing. He knows his customers on a first name basis and is knowledgeable about the HVAC products they sell.
