Expect to pay 5 to 6 times more for parts versus online prices. I understand an up charge for convenience and to pay for the brick and mortar location, however I could have ordered the part online and paid overnight shipping and still would have saved half. On top of it all, nobody was in the store, yet the employee at the service counter couldn't say hello or ask if he could help me. I ordered a motor and they said they would ship from Texas. They never shipped it which I called and cancelled the order. The bad thing is that I have been calling and emailing Travis and want my refund. He keeps telling me the manager is taking care of it. is there a manager because 3 weeks to get a refund is not right…..

Second time buying a return box, both time they took it out of the box and insulation is falling off and Door taken apart. Not a fan recommend wholesale sheet metal if no somewhere else.

Called them early this morning, and specifically asked if they would sell a couple of small parts toothed public and was told yes, of course, no problem. Indrive 30 minutes to get there and was told oh we have them in stock but you cannot purchase without an account.
