Lady with glasses is excellent. Returned some things and grabbed some stock. Quick service, able to answer any questions I had. Will be back any time I need something.
Terrible customer service, the lady with glasses (I couldn’t get her name) was horrible. From the moment I walked in she was full of attitude. This isn’t the first time either. The company will say they will investigate and say something yet they never do. She always seems to be in a terrible mood and full of attitude. If this place didn’t have everything needed, I wouldn’t bother stepping foot in there.
Absolute terrible service. They will not sell anything to you if you aren’t affiliated with a company. I have purchased plenty of items at other Johnstone locations this is the first time I have been turned away instantly. Will never attempt to buy anything from this place again.
