Called to purchase a run/start capacitor for my AC unit, identified myself as a non contractor and that I was their neighbor could they sell me the part. They would not. They only supply contractors. Aside from that a very long wait time on the phone. Would give them zero stars for making an exception to their rule and not helping out a community member with a simple need.
