I buy a compressor from them and go pick up at the warehouse in joliet. They didnt have the compressor available for me. 2 hours later waiting still nothing so im using my time to warn others about this terrible company. I wouldnt be coming here if the part wasnt under warranty but low and behold they didnt have the part anyways. So I bought this one only to have the part not here. Lammmeeee
What a great group of guys here. From the manager, to counter, to warehouse guys. Very knowledgeable as well. I needed a furnace at 10:00pm (after hours). They had the store opened within an hour and I was able to get my install done that same night (3am). Complimentary water, coffee, and popcorn!

The staff is exceptionally personable and consistently goes above and beyond to assist. For instance, during the grand opening, I received a hat, which I believe may have been intended for personal use, featuring the new Jamstone logo.
