What a great group of guys here. From the manager, to counter, to warehouse guys. Very knowledgeable as well. I needed a furnace at 10:00pm (after hours). They had the store opened within an hour and I was able to get my install done that same night (3am). Complimentary water, coffee, and popcorn!
Each visit to Johnstone Supplier House Austin consistently demonstrates a high level of expertise regarding the necessary components. The staff is exceptionally personable and consistently goes above and beyond to assist. For instance, during the grand opening, I received a hat, which I believe may have been intended for personal use, featuring the new Jamstone logo.

I've been in the industry for HVAC&R for 30 years so I've been to all of the manufacturing parts stores this Johnstone branch has a Great staff always have the right parts you need manager is knowledgeable and professional and they also have popcorn and water for free
