The Johnstone location in Cary is very convenient. They got just about everything for a service call not to mention equipment and knowledge behind the counter. Additionally, I need to mention the manager, Stephanie deserves alotta credit here. She runs a good well stocked & supported branch. She was also instrumental in helping us with a warranty issue, but there's many other instances in the past. Too many to mention. Suffice it to say you'll like this Branch.
Great supply house! We’ve been working with Johnson Supply for a long time and have always had a great experience. Tom is an excellent manager—friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Stephanie is wonderful too. We’re very happy to work with them and highly recommend Johnson Supply!

I’ve given this location many chances and each time they drop the ball. I called in and ordered parts for will call and confirmed over the phone before giving a PO. Well I go in and parts are not there, they are in a different branch 30 miles away… Please be better.
