it's too bad I can't give zero stars, because I would. I've known Johnstone for a long time. In general, they are a good company, their other stores are well run. This location should be a duck pond. If you walk in, you are the only one there and the clerk just keeps typing. Then after 10 minutes or so, they acknowledge your existence in an otherwise empty room. Great counter people - I’ve shopped here for about a year and I’m happy to support this store. Very happy to have a location in McHenry county that is well stocked. It’s unfortunate they are closed on Saturdays, but still a good store with kind people.
