Terrible customer service at Johnstone Supply in Braintree. Every time you call, they don't even take a second to say hello or see what you need. They immediately bark "please hold" and slam you on hold as fast as possible, then leave you sitting there for 20–30 minutes. If you don't have the staff to answer phones, that's one thing, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way. Very frustrating experience.
