Carlos, Nick, and James are very knowledgeable and super helpful every time I go in Johnstone
I own a HVAC company and spent ALOT of money at this supply house over the years….I’ll just keep it very simple the manager there is awful! Never return calls, ducks your calls, they forget to place orders and when you call to pick up your stuff….they then realize they never even order it. The counter guys are “decent” but my over all experience has put this supply house as the worst around period…

Trucker if you come here they makes you wait 4 hour and more they are super lazy 4 pallets takes forever
