When Johnstone was the Meyer group it was different. Since the ware group got this location it’s been sketchy. I was treated very poorly on Wed when I came into the store. I tried to call to speak to someone higher up and got the run around. I been a Johnstone customer ever since I got in to hvac over 20yrs ago in VA.
