Ordered flowers through here for funeral. What showed up was nothing like what we ordered and was considerably less full. The funeral director admitted that arrangements have been substituted lately. To further annoy us, they didn't even write the message exactly as we wrote in the order. RIDICULOUS!! Only reason for 2cstars is the fact that the flowers showed up. Clearly a case of not trying or not paying attention.
Thank you so much for such a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's prom!
