We got great service. The job was scheduled quickly. The sparkie listened to our requests and worked with us to get the best outcome
I called to ask some questions and possibly find out the cost of a repair since I was considering fixing or installing a new system... I was told that I would have to pay the technician $120 an hour, not specifying how many hours it would take to figure out, plus a cost of $150 just for the call out... so about $270 just to figure out my problem for them, when I already know what needs fixing...
