Just came from jhonstone and the lady from the customer service is so rude. The lady with a blond short hair is sooo rude even speaking with her through phone she just hang up on me. Very impolite lady!! You dont deserve to work as anl customer service. You better quit your job!!! Very impolite abd rude!!!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. The front staff are so full of themselves and must think because they work for a government building that they are not required to have basic hospitality when it comes to working with the public . People who work at MC Donald’s are more deserving of these jobs as they practice and provide better mannerisms and care on a daily basis ! My experience at the Red Deer health unit was great. All the immunizations were fully explained to me and Teeny spoke very clearly considering my poor hearing. The entire process exceeded my expectations, I look forward to my second and third vaccinations.
