Very knowledgeable and interested in her patients health
Dr Johnstone is everything you could want in a family doctor. She is professional, through and amazingly caring. Dr. Johnstone cares for us and our kids with sensitivity but the knowlege & experience that you would want in your doctor. She takes the time to listen but also gives you information without being condescending and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. The front staff takes care of the insurance and I have never had a problem with our bills.
I thought she was a bad doctor. She didn't really listen and she didn't seem to care. I had a bad experience with her. She cost me a lot of money.
Very friendly doctor but seemed rushed sometimes. The front office staff need some coaching in friendliness.
