I can't thank you guys enough for squeezing me in. I live 3hrs away and was in Melbourne for study purposes when my rattie decided to be cheeky taking out her stiches/staples. Dr Cass, Georgia and the original receptionist i had spoken to that squeezed us in with only a 40 min wait. OMG, amazing consult and care, I was told directly on the phone they were mostly a cat and dog clinic but they would see what they could do - you did wonders for my rattie. I brought my dog in completely unaware I was walking into a life-threatening emergency situation - the care we received was incredible. The vet even kindly came back to spend more time with me (after seeing his next patient) so I could properly process everything and decide how to proceed. He explained everything calmly in a way I could understand (using diagrams) + rang ahead to another clinic to help organise urgent care AND even called me again after closing to make sure we had made it there okay.
