I have been using this company for many years. But so far it is getting worse. No communicate at all. It used to distributed yearly summary in the past and stopped last year; monthly report stopped a couple months ago. Email communication stopped anyway, never response. Ask a copy of signed lease for my tax purpose, never got it.
Courtney Lower is always on fb and only communicates through fb, very unprofessional. Also, they will no longer answer your calls or messages when it comes time to giving back your deposit. I left the house 100% better than the way I found it , put in new breakers, fixed all the towel bars the shower door...many other things on my dime, which I was happy to do, but a woman who spends her life on fb and cant respond when she is messaged about a return on deposit, that's just dishonest. Nobody likes a theif.
