So AGAIN this dealership and their service advisors Jalaura Anna and now Ashley totally helped me with warranty in which any other dealership could not. "Please each individual case is different" but they have NEVER FAILED ME. My wife and I have looked at all manufacturers and because the salesman Paul and the service advisors are great we have decided to go with dealership and buy from them. They sold me, what they told me was a life time warranty on key fobs for my 2015 Ram pick up. I had it replaced once. Now one of them is acting up and they say there is no such thing. A new fob is over $400.00. I paid between 200 and 300 for the warranty. They have no record of my purchase. So far I haven't found my paper work. I am sorry for trusting Johnston Motors.
