once the phone tag stops, if you got cameras in the work area also in the pull up garage drop off area, review it itll show what happened, itll also show my car coming into the shop without the glass damage when i dropped it off. (review morning footage of me dropping off the car, i pulled in so driver side would be infront of the service desk) the car was dropped off before 9am and it took till 1:40pm for this shop to do a oil change and tire rotation almost 5 hours obviously now makes sense when that botched repair job nee... read more
