Since moving from Sherwood Park to Oliver, this branch has provided excellent service for me. A special call out for Becky at this branch. I have had nothing but hassle from DriveBC for almost two years attempting to get my class 3 transferred from Alberta. I got my medical done, DriveBC claims they didn’t receive it. I have the medical sent again. Nothing. So my class 5 came up for renewal, and they still had a medical hold on me.
