I can’t say enough about my service with Gwyen and Navdeep every time I connect with them by email, text or email. They are so quick to respond and always take the time to give me the best service and best options to help me make the right decisions for my home, car, truck and rv insurances. They even take care of my daughter’s tenant insurances and I love that I can trust them to take care of my girls.
Will not be going to this office again until some staff issues are addressed. Each time I have done anything tied to insurance I have had exceptionally bad experiences. Staff is unfriendly to people who ask questions, cannot defuse a situation, poor communication, lack of explanation, doesn’t listen and overall makes me feel like an idiot. Until these issues with staff are addressed, I do not recommend this office to anyone unless it is a last resort.
This is intended with utmost gratitude and sincerity. Every time I’ve had to go I’ve had to deal with the icbc side of things and every single time I’ve been given old school customer service. Manners, morals and values very evident, Which all boosted professionalism and like I said old school customer service with a huge amount of empathy. I been doing repeat business with this branch , Navi , the most helpful kind , knowledgable agent I’ve ever met ! She remembers your name , explains things so I understand and doesn’t make me feel like an idiot like other people do in the service industry , talking down to you like your bothering them by coming into the establishment , Navi cares about her position , her job is being performed well and people skills she has .
