You dropped the ball twice. September 2025 I requested replacement documents over the phone. I was dealing with Tegan who said she would call me back after she did some digging. She never called back. I went elsewhere. Yesterday May 9th I called wanting to renew some insurance, I was told everyone was busy and asked if I wanted a call back from the first available agent. I agreed to that but waited 2 hours until the call came. Those agents must have had some lengthy complicated insurance files to deal with. My phone rang twi... read more
