You dropped the ball twice. September 2025 I requested replacement documents over the phone. I was dealing with Tegan who said she would call me back after she did some digging. She never called back. I went elsewhere. Yesterday May 9th I called wanting to renew some insurance, I was told everyone was busy and asked if I wanted a call back from the first available agent. I recently listed my car on Turo for P2P rent and wanted to inquire about the insurance. The staff I spoke to the other day provided some misleading information. What they told me was that I need to add the renter's name to my own car insurance as an additional driver every time the car is rented out, despite that Turo has its own ICBC blanket coverage. I phoned ICBC and they said since my car will be covered by Turo when on rental, there is nothing I need to do on my own insurance. This is consistent to what I found online ... read more
