Terribly slow, had 3 staff members there one was helping someone and other 2 sitting at their desk. Waited 30mins before getting helped. Felt like the heat was on inside and it was 24degrees outside. Took total of one hour to do a vehicle transfer. If you got all the time in the world and are bored this would be a great location for you.
I got Mandeep to help me. She was very helpful, organize, knowledgeable, and good sercice mind.
Very professional and friendly staff. Yukei and her colleagues helped me with my auto insurance. She answers all my questions patiently and processes my insurance perfectly.
Horrible customer service, disorganize work system and lack of follow up. My family and I have been working with this branch for over 20 years. Unfortunately my agent retired a few years ago and things have gone downhill since then. I have to switch my insurance service to somewhere else.
