It was time to renew vehicle insurance, called and talked to Deb, and then came into the office to renew. She was so very helpful. She helped cancel an existing policy which required her to phone to get that done. She provided me with copies of the cancelation requests and confirmation. She provided me with options for my new policy which saved me some $. She was most pleasant and professional. Do yourself a favour and go check out J&M. Thank you Deborah, for the excellent service. Renewed my ICBC today with Mary King. She did a great job guiding me through the renewal process and asking me the right questions. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend her.
