We mostly dealt with Farina and she is incredibly helpful! They support each other and are very speedy and resourceful at fixing paperwork issues or explaining any available options. They even take the time to calculate the differences in costs, so that you can have the optimal setup.
Not professional
A 1 star is too much for this place. Wasted over half hour for a simple renewal. Employees had no idea. Went next door . 5 mins snd it was done.

Unfortunately my experience with this location has changed. I decided that I wanted to switch my 3rd party insurance away from ICBC. I contacted this location a couple months ago and had a rep give me most of the information I needed. He was going to contact me closer to the date. That never happened.
