We had a difficult issue come up with a recent ICBC vehicle purchase and we were fortunate enough to have Jayden help us through it, from the Salmon Arm branch. He corrected our insurance papers when it was registered incorrectly and then was a huge help to us with an additional issue. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without his patient and caring assistance. He is efficient and knowledgeable. He is extremely competent in what he does. Colleen managed to save us many dollars by going one step further than just sending us an invoice for a renewal of our home insurance. She obviously reviewed the policy before it came due and saved us a good amount. Great customer service for house insurance. Very pleasant young men in the front looking after vehicle insurance, as well.
