This agency has gone to good to worse. Turnover of personnel has been rapid and replaced by people like Dawn -- who was so rude when i asked for my car insurance coverage to be changed. She required me to be at the branch -- when in the past I have just done everything on the phone. Please do not reply to things you are not certain what the answer is. And if you do not know the process - dont guess! It just makes you seem lazy and stupid.

Do not recommend this company. We used this company for 3 years until last year (2021), there was an accident that we need to claim the insurance. When we approached to the company, the agent only tried to find the gaps so that the company doesn’t have to cover the damage. We sent the information and details to explain and they said they need to check, but they disappeared. After we paid for all the damage by ourselves, they just reached out to re-contract.
