Horrible service. Went there to get condo insurance. An East Indian lady from the back office asked us to fill out a form and said she will revert in a couple of day with a quote. However, i never heard from her. I wonder why she cannot sit down with me and give me a quote right away. Later, I went to a BCAA branch & got my quote right away on which I eventually bought the insurance from BCAA.
