Avoided this review for as long as I could but at this point I have to. They don't know how to properly calculate PST and when I explained they were making an error they argued with me. I was forced to pay on behalf of a client so they didn't have to sit there waiting for hours while the correct amount was sorted out. After they realized I was correct the entire time they apologized but informed me that the refund wouldn't not be processed for 6 months.
