Really miss Carla. Have been a client of JM for years. Bad communication, slow response to email and lack of clarity about insurance. Will be looking for a new insurance brokerage for sure. Thanks to the many talented staff who assisted us over the years.

Not knowledgeable agent or friendly flat out told me that because I had a small home claim year before that I was not eligible for home insurance. I have phoned around and that is not the case. The woman gave misinformation. Will not call back for other products if ever needed.
