I had a very disappointing experience with this auto insurance provider. There are many companies offering similar auto plans, and the main thing that sets one apart is customer service, unfortunately, this company fails badly in that area. I visited for auto plan services, and the employee I dealt with was highly unprofessional. Her attitude was not respectful and helpful at all. It made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. I brought in a brand new out of province leased vehicle and spent 4 hours at 4 different insurance agencies (not Johnston and Meier) and no one could get it done for me. The only reason I'm writing this review is because Trevor Hackl was able to figure it out and get it done (even when the other staff couldn't). Trevor is the best, and the next time I need insurance he's the only guy I'm seeing!
