Great service and friendly staff
I went in to get travel insurance. I had a few questions as to what I would need and how things worked these days. The lady serving me had great difficulty operating the computer. Every time I asked a question , I got told she could print out the policy for me and I could check it And also asked what the medical policy coverage was the number she gave me was incorrect by tenfold. , she was corrected by another employee, She goes I normally don’t sell travelling insurance , no good enough, well get more training and don’t try... read more
