Unbelievable lack of accountability and terrible customer service. When I visited in person on August 10th around 4.30pm, I explicitly requested to switch my policy from storage insurance to active auto coverage and even discussed getting a refund for the price difference. I had a very disappointing experience with this auto insurance provider. There are many companies offering similar auto plans, and the main thing that sets one apart is customer service, unfortunately, this company fails badly in that area. I visited for auto plan services, and the employee I dealt with was highly unprofessional. Her attitude was not respectful and helpful at all. It made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant.
