Very positive experience even though it was just simple car insurance renewal. Hassle free and you got a free pen in the bag. In and out, 10 mins tops.
The only good thing about this office is Michelle. If you’re looking for commercial business insurance stay away from Heather. in my opinion I’ve been getting ripped off for the last two years. I also found out she lied to me numerous times, which is absolutely incomprehensible for someone that should be looking out for your best interests. My previous five star review is now being changed to a 1 star.
Michelle Putt goes above & beyond with her clients. As a claims adjuster with Wawanesa Insurance, I had the honour of working on a claim with Michelle and she did a phenomenal job helping a very senior client. 10/10
