Excellent location for vehicle transfer help and knowledge, the agent , Mai , spent a lot of time going through the paperwork I had for an out of province transfer, very patient and helpful !
After many years with JM, for the second time in 6 weeks we have been told (curtly), "This can be done over the phone but we are too short-staffed. Come in to the office to get this done. Bye." This level of "our problem is now your problem" service is unacceptable so our business with JM ends today. Fewer clients to deal with should help you out, Stephanie.
