I found out why I didn't get a call back, it was just a very busy day. When I did hear from them, I dealt with Aleta, and she was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. She definitely went above and beyond.
Called in, they were busy, they took my name and number to call me back, no call back ever occurred. Very disappointing.
Aleta is THE BEST insurance agent I've ever dealt with. She knows how to do her job very well, knows the ins and outs of insurance and is super friendly. I honestly can't thank her enough for helping me with my insurance needs. What a help and relief. Cheers!
