Great customer service
I can’t say enough great things about this agency—especially Taylor and Rayanne. They were absolutely phenomenal. From the start, they went above and beyond, exploring every avenue for me. Instead of just a month, I ended up renewing for a full year—thanks to Rayannes dedication and constant support. Hands down, the best service I’ve had in Canada so far. I’ll definitely be sticking with them as a client for the next year. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
We are two Spaniards who recently arrived in Golden, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Taylor at ICBC Insurance. She was amazing—so kind, patient, and welcoming.
