Absolutely terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any queer individual. The discrimination I faced was completely uncalled for and rude. During my appointment, when I was called back for vitals, I was deadnamed and told it was because of my birth marker. Not only did she deadname me, but she also claimed she couldn’t use my chosen name because it wasn’t allowed. I’ve never encountered this issue anywhere else, and I know for a fact my paperwork lists my chosen name.

If you use them pay attention and ask about their billing policy. Switched to them when I moved and after a 5 minute consultation with doctor at facility I owed them over $500 after insurance paid their part. For same process through another major NC hospital group it was a $40 copay. I understand if you have to have treatment they bill as if going to hospital, but not consultation. Got bill from both the hospital and doctor. Doctor seemed great but looking for somebody else now.

Being 5 min late and they cancel your appt! Even when it's beyond my control! Knowing your going to have to sit in the waiting room for atleast 15min to 30 min! At a cancer treatment facility! Shameful! Not to mention I sat at the front desk a couple of min while the two Coworkers chit chatted I'm so angry! I have lots of appts and to be told I would have to reschedule really upset me! I've never been late before!

Our experience with Latorya Moore in the Smithfield location was fantastic. We walked in pretty much clueless and eventually walked out fully informed. Her patience with answering all of our questions, and concerns were fully meet. We didn't feel rushed in any way. Not to mention she also has an amazing nurse, very pretty and welcoming. We will forever refer this practice because our experience went more than we expected!!
