A week ago, my doctor referred me to the wound clinic because I had fallen and torn the skin off of my arm. I didn’t hear from them for several days so I called them but only got a machine and I left a message. I still didn’t hear anything from them. I declined because after a week I was treating myself probably about as well as they could’ve. Very disappointed and I will refer this back to my doctor so ... read more
First of all I would like to thank everyone in this office for their professionalism their care and most of all the friendly atmosphere. I feel that you take the time to listen to me to educate me and to address the issue that I'm having... You never feel rushed in this office.. which unfortunately happens many times and a doctor's office. So thank you so very much !!
When I first started going here in 2020, I had Dr. Cieza. He was terrible. Most of the nurses are good, but there was one in particular who unapologetically told me I'd end up with both of my legs amputated. Among other things, I was allowed to run out of prednisone without a refill, which is a medication you cannot stop taking suddenly. Anyway, fast forward to December 2021... I had requested a new doctor and they gave me Dr. Lutz. He has been a lifesaver. He understands my condition, which is rare, and he is just awesome. ... read more
Very pleased with our experience at JoCo Wound Care. My mom had to be seen a handful of times and the CNA (April), nurse (David), and PA (Bernard Campo) were outstanding. Bernard was very thorough in explaining why my moms wound was slower to heal and provided solutions to help in the future. Would recommend this office!
