Excellent insurance company to have, highly recommend!
Johnson Retiree Group benefits are processed quickly and smoothly. I would appreciate changing the guidelines for the massage and chiro and physio to exact amounts of each visit rather than a limit of $30 per visit.

I have had the worst experience with this company. They provided incorrect information. Reviewed a phone call and admitted to giving incorrect information. I have asked for a manager so many times and asked to file a formal complaint but the rep - Hailey will not provide it to me . Worst service from any Insurance company i have dealt with in 30 years!
