Everyone should be prepared. Being a retired contractor, I know licenses, bonds, and equipment are very expensive. Today’s floor furnace repair could have easily been expensive, but the Repair Technician (Dimas) lead with integrity I believe to be a company value. A slightly untrustworthy shop could have upselled me (The modern business model). However, they appear to desire regular customers… and did the proper job for a safe heater for the both of us.
