Absolutely terrible in terms of their office staff's service, communication, and follow through, not to mention their unkept promises, defensiveness, and rudeness! Be cautious when dealing with this company. We purchased and installed one of their gates, which cost over ten thousand dollars. Despite paying for service calls, the issues with the gate persisted for months. The company's response to our problems was only triggered by our online review, after which they apologized and sent someone to fix the issue. I was beyond pleased with Johnston’s fence Contracting. From customer service in the office to the project manager to the field manager right to the contractors. They were very courteous , professional , friendly and very respectful!!! On time and cleaned up every scrap after the work was complete. If you are looking for a trouble free contractor to complete the work needed done ..you don’t need to look any further ..these are your guys!!
