They was nice when I bought my tractor cs2510 but was very rude when they had to fix the rearend and dropped my warranty the day I picked it up and I called them the other day about fixing the rearend again cause it went out again he was so rude I will find someone else to fix it.. I will never buy from Johnston Equipment again
Friendly and honest staff! The showroom is clean and organized. Torrie was effiencient, Friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time answering all of our concerns and questions and demonstrating the features of the Kioti cs2220. We were even able to take it for a little test drive! The purchase procedure was easy and quick. These folks don't dismiss you like at other places we have been. They really do take the time to listen to what your yard issues are. I highly recommend.
Tim and his crew made purchasing a new tractor easy ! They answered all our questions and the customer service can’t be beat. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for service, parts or a new tractor.
