I have been a loyal customer to Farm Bureau filing only 1 claim within 10 years. A few months ago I noticed a wet spot in my bathroom ceiling. I called my agent to file a claim and a adjuster named Kirby came out. He looked at my ceiling and went on the roof and came to the conclusion that repairs are needed but the cost of the repairs are under our $1000 deductible.
