I've been lied to twice and ignored. This is the worst insurance office I've ever had to deal with.
A fantastic hometown insurance company that really does care about their local residents and providing them with right amount of coverage without overselling. You should certainly support them over these 1-800 number insurance companies because they are always there for you and anytime you call they can help you immediately

Working with Donna on a claim has been the worst experience I’ve had with someone in customer service in my 32 years of life. It’s not too often that I write negative reviews anywhere but this one is deserving. She is quite condescending, lacks empathy, and needs a serious crash course on the complete customer service experience. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris as well who has been nothing but respectful and pleasant while holding steady and what he can and cannot due which I respect.
