It's been a long time since I've run into a contractor that provides excellent service like this company does. They are priced reasonably, go out of their way to help you when you need it, and stand by their work. Extremely honest as well. I am 100% satisfied - thank you!!

In April, a tech came out, did a quick service call, and $900 later I had freon filled up. My unit is only two years old. I was promised by the owner that the part that caused the leak was under warranty and he would take care of it. I have been calling REPEATEDLY since then and have yet to get an answer. This is the end of July. The owner's wife kept saying the same old lines. "I'll call and check and call you right back." Never did. "I'm working on it." No, she wasn't. My father in law has had numerous issues with his unit since the install last year. It has been in the 80s inside his home all summer. They have failed to show up on scheduled days over 5 times, at this point I have lost track of the exact amount. They do not follow-up on issues that aren't fixed when they say they will, that is when they do show up. Johnston Cooling and Heating just installed an HVAC system in our home yesterday. They came out within 2 days of my call to install the new system and worked late into the evening to get it up and running. Their prices are fair and they don't try to get you to buy the most expensive system. We appreciate their honesty and reliability!
