Jason the owner and his team sold me and my mother ( with multiple sclerosis ) a two-zone Goodman unit during the pandemic that was faulty off the manufacturing line. After having them out two years after installation due to Freon leak, their geniuses could not locate two copper pipes that were crossed during manufacturing and created the leak. Very nice, however we have experienced a couple of issues with our system (78 degrees in the house when thermostat was set for 73 degrees) on a Thursday and told it would be Monday before they could come to our home. We asked for a quote for a second unit upstairs and was told we'd receive it that afternoon. We didn't. I called back a week plus later and again requested the quote, and was again told we'd received it by that afternoon. This was last week and we've yet to receive anything from anyone.
