We live on Fort Lewis in an area that has many young children. Johnston Construction was contracted by our apartment management company, Equity Residential, to construct a trash enclosure in front of our town homes. During the time they have been here, they have excavated several large areas and holes approximately 10' X 12' wide and up to four feet deep.
