I've been to a alot of dealerships but my experience with Johnston Chrysler was the best. From booking the appointment so easily to the friendly and courteous staff at the service desk and getting me to work on time back and forth in such an efficient and organized manner is something I really valued and apprediated as a customer. Hadi Haidar was absolutely incredible as our Sales Consultant at Johnston Chrysler. I stopped by the dealership on a whim, just after closing one day, and even though he was on his way out he came back in to help me and listen to exactly what I was looking for. We were pretty specific about our needs, and he said he would keep an eye out for the right vehicle. My daughter went in this morning to the Parts desk and to the Service desk to book an appointment for Her truck and the staff was rude. She brought in the part she needed replaced and was treated like she was stupid because they couldn’t find the part and didn’t think she knew what she was talking about. We brought our vehicle to this Chrysler dealership for a start/stop issue which they repaired but we left with a cracked touchscreen. When we dropped it off, the touchscreen was in perfect condition, we even have photos from that day showing no damage. When we picked up the vehicle, the screen had bilateral cracks in the top corners. We immediately showed them the before-and-after photos proving the damage happened while it was in their care.
