We brought our vehicle to this Chrysler dealership for a start/stop issue which they repaired but we left with a cracked touchscreen. When we dropped it off, the touchscreen was in perfect condition, we even have photos from that day showing no damage. When we picked up the vehicle, the screen had bilateral cracks in the top corners. We immediately showed them the before-and-after photos proving the damage happened while it was in their care.
