3.5 stars. Staff was great and kind! Location couldn't be beat to get away from the tourist crowds instead of Banff or Lake Louise. Cabins are clean but somewhat run down. Biggest issue were the screens on the windows. Lots of holes and openings for mosquitos to come in and enjoy. For the price, the screens should be updated at the very least. Loved the soaking tub after each day of hiking. Tip: place have towels in the lower and upper sections of the windows when they are open.

Awesome experience! Nice to escape the crowds and be by yourself, without missing any amenities! Staff was very attentive and helpful. :-) nearby restaurant is very convenient and has the most energetic and funniest server I met in this whole national park

Beautiful location and nice rustic, yet somewhat modernized cabins. The resort does not sell ice nor do they have ice cube trays in the freezer which was an huge inconvenience! Also- no bowls in the kitchen for cereal/ oatmeal/ soup. The mosquitos are horrible and they also do not sell repellent which is another huge inconvenience!! A bug zapper on each porch or even inside each unit would be very helpful. Loved the hike to the falls and the convenience of the shuttle to Lake Louise.
