I ordered tree tubes on 9/26/21 and never received them. Not able to get a response by email or phone and no refund.
Very disappointed! I called and talked to a gentleman about 4:15. I asked if they sold bulk dirt and if we could come yet and get a load or two. He asked where we lived and I told him and that we could be there shortly. He said he would be there. We loaded up the trailer and left immediately but when we got there at 4:40 the place was locked up and the gates were locked.
We purchased product through their website in June. The product has not been delivered. We can not reach anyone through the website or via phone number. Perhaps they have closed. We are disputing the charge with our credit card company.
Ordered 25 60” grow tubes from johnsonsway.com. Been 3 weeks and I have emailed, called and submitted online form on website. Calls go to voicemail or no answer. No response from emails. Just wanted a status update or even some sort of response. I would understand if backordered or some delay but I would like to have the option of getting a refund if they are months out. Starting to feel like I have been scammed. I would advise not to order anything from johnsons way.
Not sure how many stars to give. I'm having difficulty getting in contact with them about a recent order of tree tubes. Phone # goes straight to VM. Would like to know if they are on their way, back ordered, etc.
