They are going down hill, I miss dealing with Todd and his old workers. The new workers just stand around and smoke whatever. They said it would take over an hour just to work on my car and I can see they barely had any vehicles in the bay and so many workers just standing in the back smoking. The service sucks and their manners are just plain rude. They need to take a class on manners.
